At INA, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not provide refunds, we are happy to offer free replacements under specific conditions. Please review the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Terms and Conditions for Replacement:

Unboxing Video:

  • A clear unboxing video of the package must be provided at the time of delivery. This is mandatory for all replacement requests.

Notification Period:

  • Customers must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item if a replacement is needed. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Required Information: To process a replacement, please share:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Unboxing Video

  • A Reason for the replacement request (as per the criteria below)

Eligible Reasons for Replacement:

  • Mismatched Order: Wrong size, color, or item received.
    Damage: If the item arrives damaged.

  • Approval and Shipping: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation. At that point, you will need to courier the item back to us at your own cost. We will handle the replacement and shipping of the new item at no additional charge.
